We own a home on the South Coast which required some upgrades late last year. We used South Coast Building Co to complete structural additions and renovations.  Lance and his team were a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job, showing, meticulous attention to detail, in particular levels, accuracy and workmanship.  We would inspect the work on weekends and would always find the job on track and well advanced. There were no issues at all.  It is not easy to find an excellent and well priced builder.  If only this company was Sydney based!!  We will definitely use this company again as the job went smoothly from day one.
