Design & Planning
We bring your vision to life through a tailored design process working closely with you to develop layouts, choose materials, and refine the details. If it’s a custom build or based on one of our coastal-style home designs, this stage sets the tone for your entire build.
Approvals
Dealing with permits and council requirements can be overwhelming. We manage all necessary approvals and documentation to keep your project moving smoothly and stress-free.
Site Preparation
Once everything is approved, we prepare the site for construction. Depending on the build type, this includes clearing, levelling, and setting up services, ensuring your block is ready for the build to begin.
Construction
